Getting Started
If you have decided to have therapy you are taking a positive step towards self empowerment and resolving your present difficulties. Our first meeting will be to establish how counselling might help you.
This session is free and without any obligation.
We hope this initial session will give you a chance to meet us, find out where we are and then enable you to make an informed decision as to whether you wish to engage in therapy with All About You.
Engaging in Therapy
If you decide to go ahead with therapy we will meet regularly, usually weekly sessions of one hour. Please see the map on the Where We Are page of this web site.
Appointments
Appointments are available for both daytime and some evenings. Please telephone or email to check current availability.
Fees
Payable by cash or cheque at either the beginning or end of each session
Individuals £30 per session
Couples £35 per session
Corporate £35 per session
There are some concessionary rates for student Counsellors £25 per session (daytime appointments only please)
