My Therapeutic Approach
I have 27 years experience in counselling and have accreditation in relationship and psychosexual counselling with NMGC. I have also at taught all levels of counsellor training for over 15 years.
  
I use both psychodynamic and behavioural methods in my counselling alongside my very wide and varied experience. 

For the last seven years I have also been involved as a verifier for the CPCAB (Counselling and Psychotherapy Central Awards Body) Team, providing support for colleges engaging in providing counselling qualifications at all levels.

My Background
I spent  several years in the Royal Navy and initially moved into Youth Work  on leaving the Navy.  Through self-exploration I became interested in Counselling and Psychotherapy, which then led on to teaching, supervision and external verification work.
